Marsiling Environmental Club -CNY Lantern Making Competition 2007 .
Objective To design and construct a lantern using recycled materials.
THEME: R&D-recycle & design PERIOD: 11JAN-15 FEB 2007 JUDGING: 15 FEB 2007, 2PM VENUE: HALL
INSTRUCTIONS. -no materials will be provided. students are to use only RECYCLED ITEMS for the lantern. -the maximum number of lantern sumitted per class: 3 -please fill up and return the attatched slip. -the maximum size of lantern : H:50CM . L:50CM . B:50CM -Rules and judging criteria applies. -Every class must design and construct at least one entery for the competition.
JUDGING CRITERIA. -creativity . [30%] -overall aestheic value . [30%] -use of recycle materials . [40%]
PRIZE* 1st - 1 prize + certificate + 100 green points. 2nd - 1 prize + certificate + 80 green points. 3rd - 1 prize + certificate + 50 green points. *participation per entry - 30 green points .
